Boukhari attends opening of Chad’s economic and social council session
ALGIERS –President of the National Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CNESE), Professor Mohamed Boukhari, attended as guest of honor the official opening of the second ordinary session of Chad’s Economic, Social, Cultural and Environmental Council for 2026, held on Wednesday in N’Djamena, the Council said in a statement.
